TREND’s manufacture base is located in Boluo County, Huizhou city, which covers an area of 110,000 sqm with anoverall investment of 200 million RMB. The manufacture base mainly functions as equipment manufacturing and test lab of new product, and put into operation after first phase construction in 2012.TREND’s manufacture base will be divided into equipment manufacturing area, service center, R&D center, open air experimental field, office area, living area, it will become the biggest integrated, the most professional R&D and production base for water park in China.
We have over 500 employees in the manufacture base which has formed anintegral production line, and comprising of mold production, pasted, coating, cutting and other processes. The annual output of FRP waters slide has reached 200,000 sqm, whose surface is coated with isophthalic gel coating ‘Ashland’ and ’DSM’, that gives the FRP water slide unique properties of high mechanical strength, thenmo stability anti-oxidation smooth, clean, ultraviolet-proof and fade-proof.
